New UI - Flashy new UI for both the MDT, Dashboard, and home page.

Improved MDT - The MDT sections now have a stacked feel, and when you click on a result you get a detachable card with all the info, similar to Sonoran.
Bug Fixes - Many bug fixes including not being able to access panels have been fixed.
Roblox Linking - We now integrated oAuth 2.0 via Roblox to automate purchasing, you can now purchase, and get your code instantly.
Improved Civilian Panel - Civilian panel looks a lot better and has more features.
